We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.

are the intellectual property of THE YENDOR WATCH COMPANY, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Information

We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that:

  • Product descriptions

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Images

are error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues

  • Orders are not accepted until they are confirmed and shipped.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added where required. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Weather

  • Events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Free of damage

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

We offer a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage beyond rated specifications

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

See Section 9 for express disclaimers. All warranty claims require proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE YENDOR WATCH COMPANY, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in Section 7, all products are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
